Hate to say it, but everything in there, other than the grill and the door
itself, is all spot welded together. It's also all hidden between the
outer cowl and the inner cowl. You may be able to get some new hinge
pieces made and somehow get them welded or bolted in, but the best bet
would be to build an entire insert, or get it from a donor truck, that
welds in place from the inside of the truck.
If you have a factory assembly manual, it shows what the parts are supposed
to look like.
