[oletrucks] 47 "stylemaster" panel

I recently looked at a 47 "stylemaster" panel.  The body is straight
w/no major rust but looks as if it has sat for quite a while.  The
license plate was from the late 70s. It looks complete. I made an offer,
but the owner said he could sell it anytime he wanted for $8,000.  Am I
missing something here?  Is there something special about a stylemaster?
