Replying on autox as well as the Yahoo Group...
I think we should have one main communication mode for that purpose,
which has been almost entirely the Yahoo Group, and formerly the Autox
mailing list. I don't think it would be a good idea to use yet another
medium for listing events and drives. If members want to switch over to
Facebook, remember there will be other members who will no longer be
involved, as they won't sign up for FB. I'm one of those, so if FB is
the preferred approach, I would propose migrating entirely and let
someone like Dan or whomever take over the club communication
responsibilities, or keep both but let someone else take over the Yahoo
Group.
We don't really communicate much as a group these days, and only a
couple of members have posted photos recently, so I'm not sure if it
even makes sense to keep a web page anymore. I think our last remaining
founding member, Dean, might want to weigh in on that, however.
