Hi Don,
My name is Michael and I am a new member to Nobbc. I attended the all
british car meet last week in my 64 TR4, but I normally would have attended
the Marin Concourse just as an interest. I didn't find out about it untill
two days before it occurred, but I did note that there several other other
events on that particular day. The Marin Concourse is a new event, organized
by Dr. Carles Goodman of San Rafael. Dr. Goodman has a fairly notable car
collection that includes everything from Corvettes to Dusenburgs, and he
hopes to have this event annually. If the Nobbc or other car clubs have the
same specific dates or events each year, then someone should try to contact
Dr. Goodman about his date for next year to avoid duplication. His is a big
event that is sure to attract a lot of attention each year, and it is
probably likely that some club members may opt to attend a larger local
event again.
