You guys that are using .55 to mail a newsletter should look at bulk mail.

It does cost $75 a year for a permit, and you do have to mail it from the
same post office (in fact it is $75 extra to move to another post office
after it is established).

You must mail at least 200 pieces of mail each time (that can be 201
pieces), the price is just under .24 each. That .24 is a per piece, no
matter what the weight. The only catch is that it must be letter size,
that is 8 1/2" by 11" piece of paer folded either in half or thirds.

Of course you put the bulk information on before you print the newsletter.

I have trouble keeping my mailing list in the 210-240 range, instead of
the 100-150 range.
