Bob,

Although I don't have my copy with me at the moment, suggest you
consult John Worrall's book for authenticity. His SS is noted as one
of the best examples anywhere.

MMC probably fitted the clear plastic lenses with the concentric rings
but John also sells frosted glass lenses for the wing lamps. These I
use on my Plus 8 with miniature halogen bulbs as they don't melt from
the heat. John probably has any other parts you may need in stock as
well. <http://www.heartofenglandmorgans.co.uk/> Look in the "Store"
under "Lamps < Lamps and Related Fittings" and you will find the rubber
base for your lamp.

Should you wish another possible source, you can also try Holden
Vintage at <http://www.holden.co.uk/> Search Lighting, then Side/
Rear Vintage, then Sidelamp Vintage. Also you can search for your
item as L516/52436.

Good Luck,

Willie
