Libra Motive Crossover Exaust

I have a 1995 Plus 8 that I am thinking about having the Librand Cross flow
exaust system and headers installed.  They say it will add an additional 25 HP
while still using the existing CATS.  The problem is that they cann't warrant
the system because I will have to have it installed here in Mississippi.  Does
anyone have any experience with this system?  Suggestions and Recommendations
will be appreciated.
