I forgot, I just was speaking to Libra Motive this morning ordering some
stuff.
Libra has some great high tech parts for Plus 8's.

yes, they were the originals as regards "souping" Plus Eights. They rather
cheekily sold me mine as a '78 instead of a '77, but they'd upgraded the
engine with a Stage 1 Cam giving it 195 hp, fitted the first telescopic koni
shocks package - later incorporated in all Plus Eights and a Mahogany
dashboard & Motolita steering wheel, so I felt suitably mollified;
especially as I had the fastest road-going Plus 8 in "Smogmog" - the London
branch of the MSCC. They even did service work on one of my Ducati's! They
basically were in business to finance their racing efforts at which they
really got down to it and produced sterling results. Good bunch overall &
produce good stuff too, so you can trust 'em. Rob Wells is a particularly
nice and smart chap; well worth "sponsoring"!
