Your best bet is to make a frame from acrylic sheet that you can buy from
your Home Depot store. Cut it to the size of the photo and tape around the
edges. Use a router to cut the plastic without cracking, or try to score it
many times with a knife along a straight edge. You can attach it to a wall
with brackets that screw into the wall around the frame.
