[Mgs] MGA Head Differences

I understand that the heads used on MGA 1500 and 1600 engines are the
same.  Is there a difference in the head used on a 1959 Magnette?  Also,
can an MGB head be used on a 1500 or 1600 engine as a bolt-on option?
