Well, I do like and use a Mac albeit an old G3 Bronze Laptop running OS9.  
One thing I don't like about it is that I don't know the internals.  I'm a 
Windows programmer and I understand the guts of it.  Sorta like my MGB, I know 
every bolt and screw of the thing because I've wrenched most of them..... My 
wife's mini-van is just like the Mac, reliable predictable and unfathomable.
