Looking for rare part for 75MGB - Seq Seat Belt Control

All,  I have had no luck in tracking down a Seq Seat Belt Control.  Does
anyone know of a shop, parts catalog, or friend that might have one.  Or
does anyone know of how I can get my hands on the schematic for  the control
box so I can fabricate one.
