The Pertronix comes with a new magnet assembly which replaces the
original.
For this application it is the best fix.

Hey Gang,
I need a little help. Have any of you used the
Petronix Ignitor ( LU-141 ) with the 45D4
electronic distributor? The big issue is changing
out the magnetic ring. Does the LU-141 come with
a new ring or must one use the old Opus ring? The
issue is critical as the magntic ring is the
defective part of my ignition.
Low cost is important. Advice appreciated.
