Dave,
Just a guess ,but i had a similiar problem. After a
compresssion test , 175 on all but #2-which was 0. Took the head off and found
#2
exhast valve bent and stuck open. The engine only had 1200 miles but the P.O,
didnt
cut eyebrows in the 1971 block. Hope this isnt your problem.
