manifold bolts

I have the manifold off and need to replace all the studs that hold it to
the exhaust. I picked up some at AutoZone but they are black and the one
that I have from Moss is silver colored. Is the Moss one brass or is just
the nut brass?
Can I use the Autozone ones and put AntiSeize on them so I can get them off
easier next time. All but one of the studs broke off in the manifold.
