Frank,
I purchased one in late Dec.  He wrote to say that his computer was stolen
over Xmas and it would take time to re-construct his MG & Jag diagrams.  He
offered money back, which I declined.  It took another email or two, but I
received my diagram in February.
It took a long time, but it was worth it to me.
