I think the celophane trick is supposed to stop the brake fluid from draining
when you don't want it to, such as when you're changing a flexible brake hose.
The celophane goes on top of the opening and then the cap is screwed down on
top of it. It works pretty well.
If you're using the Eezi-bleed, remove the celophane.
