RE: God Awful squeal

A few years ago my TC developed a air leak between the manifold and a carb.
body.  Generated quite a squeal, squeak,  whistle kind of noise.  Amazingly
loud.  Coming from the passenger side though would not seem to indicate
carbs.  Just an idea.
