My '71 B has the locking steering wheel. This is a big pain when lubing, re-booting, installing new ujoints, etc. One must turn the key on to move the steering wheel. Is there a simple way of defeating this feature? I'll take my chances with the reduced theft deterrence. :-) Bob Donahue (Still stuck in the '50s) Email - bobmgtd@insightbb.com 52 MGTD - NEMGTR #11470 71 MGB - NAMGBR #7-3336 . /// or try http://www.team.net/cgi-bin/majorcool /// Archives at http://www.team.net/archive |
