Castrol GTX 20W50 seems to be a favourite.

On the front shocks, you undo the hex head bolt that is mounted
horizontally pointing out towards you, near the top of the shock,
between the arms.

On the rear shocks, you undo the hex head bolt from inside the car, you
have to lift the carpet between the battery bins and the wheel well and
there will be a cutout hole.

You can pour into the rears, but you will need an oil can with a pump
mechanism, or a syringe to fill the fronts.
