MGB questions

Now it's my turn

1) Where's the OD switch at on a 67 MGB?

2) How can you identify a factory hardtop?

I've got the opportunity to buy a MGB with spare engine and
tranny.  Hasn't run since 1981.  Supposed to be relatively
rust free.  Upholstery is shot.  $500 too much?
