about your beagle riding in the car with the top down...

How would I go about teaching my yellow lab to do that?

She just worships people and I'm afraid she will hop out when she sees other
people in a car window...

And she is really, REALLY hyper for almost a 2yr old dog (7 months away),
and I can't believe I had her for almost two years!?
