I believe that your car has HS4 carbs, but to get at what's (pardon the pun)
bugging you:

There are two things that will cause the leak you describe.  If the leak is
coming out of the overflow, you have a stuck needle valve.  Remove the bowl
cover and either clean or replace the valve.

The other thing, and this is rarer, is that the leak is from the jet.  Usually
where it enters the bottom of the bowl.  IF this is the case, the only ture
repair is to replace the jet.  You can try tightening the gland nut but it
usually doesn't work.
