Thanks again for everyone's advice. I found a new machanic an hour away
that works on foreign cars and a friend of mine's three MGs. My 79B is
heading to "mechanicland" (again) this weekend. He says he will probably
have a diagnosis by Monday (confident isn't he!). I'm sure State Farm would
love to delete tow insurance on MG's :-).
