Bill, almost any automotive paint store will do this, in fact every one I've 
been to will do
it.

If you take your own paint they will do one, or as many cans as your paint will 
allow, you
choose.  If you have them mix the paint it gets a bit more costly because they 
will have to
mix up their minimum paint quantity (quart or pints, whatever) then "can" it 
for you.

Just a tip, when you get a car painted have the painter save the leftover 
paint, then you
have the exact paint the car was painted with.  This can be put in touch up 
bottles or cans.
