Some carpet kits are thinner and they will fade in short time. I have a new
set, in the box, for MGA 1500 Coupe that I no longer own. I just found the
carpets. They were gray (as MGA Coupes should be) when I bought them several
years ago; today they have faded to tan while
still in the original box! I recall that I got a good price for the set. Some
bargain! Buy the best carpet and seat covers your purse allows, and follow the
recommendations received from a reliable source like Ed, Lawrie or Jeff.
