About DPOs!
Pulling the engine today to check the clutch and to clean the engine bay up.
Things were going far too well, the radiator mounting bolts all came undone,
the engine mount bolts loosened right up, I knew then something wasn't right,
MGs don't cooperate like that! :)
Then I found it, went to separate the exhaust from the manifold, we have a
Monza exhaust on the car which is OK, the problem is that it has been welded
directly onto a four into one manifold of some kind - the first clamped joint
is somewhere under the drivers seat, there ain't no way that is coming out of
there easily!
I think a hacksaw or angle grinder will be used here, followed by making some
form of clamp joint for when I put it back again!
I wonder what else awaits me?
