Compression preasures

I was looking through my notes and noticed that the compresson preasures
were 155--150--150--150 [cold] on my overhauled engine. It is a 74.5 low
compression engine. My manual indicates that the preasures should be 130 but
doesn't specify hot or cold. Anyone have a ideas about this? TIA
