Hello Boys and Girls, [Insert Usual Lurker disclaimer] Here is the problem: I just had the engine rebuilt, the clutch replaced and the Transmission rebuilt. Very expensive, but "Tigger" deserves it! Driving now I hear a clunk when shifting up and at about 2500rmp a slight whirring (somewhat like a grind). Is this simply a "normal" sound, or something I should be concerned about. My thought was the rear differential gears or the propeller shaft... thoughts, speculation ... or maybe a therapist reccomendation? thanks Chris 1977 mgb |
