Addendums:

1.  Duct tape.
2.  Bailing wire.
3.  Chunk of 4"x4" to use as wheel chock.
4.  Small sacrifice for MOWOG or Prince Lucas induced problems.

Note:  The neighbors cat (and in some instances, the neighbor) may be
substituted for items 3 and 4.
