OK, I'll toss THIS one in the mix (up) (er, f-up).  Mu '70 El Camino has std. 
lap belts
with an optional use (2 seperate point) shoulder belt.  Do I get to "sue" for 
unreasonable detention/harassment when I am stopped and wearing lap belt but 
not shoulder one????  Enquiring m...................................(nah).
