Need what for Wire Wheels for Midget

  A wire wheel midget I know of is going to the scrapper.

  Not much to save off it, but the wire wheels look
very nice.

  What would I need to pull off the car so that the
wire wheels could be used on another car, ie: to do
a steel wheel conversion?

  I don't think I want them myself, but somebody might,
and I might as well make a kit for somebody.
