Indian MG components

I recently purchased a timing chain and tensioner from Obsolete Automotive
in Canada.  The parts that arrived were made by Preferred Components Inc.
and Rolon Inc, both in India.  This is the first time I've heard of
mechanical parts for MGs being made there.  Does anyone have any experience
with or knowledge of these two companies?
