Being only a recent Purchaser myself,  to fund the AUD$15,000-00 , Price
(Hay, these things are expensive over here) i just extended my morgage,
But as an aside, I Work for a bank, the solution is to find yourself 1.) A
simpathetic Manage (Yes.  They do Exist.).  2.) A Valuation from the local
club valuer.  If they still wont lend you the money, find another bank....
