Thanks for choke cable advice

Thanks to all who helped me out with advice on replacing the choke
cable. I went from glovebox via airvents to the target, and did the job
with a minimum of swearing and only one small cut. I removed a lot of
Californian sand and am now ready to take the gyneacology exam.
