Well, all it is is a simple luggage rack, so it doesn't come apart, and I
think
it was chromed from the factory.

It came off a 69(?) B -- I'm pretty sure it's a factory rack... and Moss only
sells a new style of repro. I'd like to keep this one if I could.

It's not rusted - just pitted. Someone told me that if you rubbed wax on it,
some of the pitting would fill up and not show as bad. Ideas?
