Condenstation, and perfectly normal.
 When the engine is first started, especially cold (or cool), the hot
exhaust gases coming in contact with the relatively cold exhaust pipe,
causes the water vapor to condense out as droplets. At times it can seen
as drops  of water from the end of the tail pipe.
 The is also the reason exhaust systems rust from the inside.
