I was actully thinking of using a piece of formica, it's thin, doesn't absorb
moisture, easy to cut, but your idea has me thinking... Maybe that material that
looks like a peice of corrugated cardboard, but it's made from plastic would
work (commonly used for home builder signs along the road).
