If you had prefaced the URL with http://, then you would have done the next 
best thing, since many mail clients will turn that into a hot link. Then all 
one would need do is double-click (in Win95 enviro, anyway) the link to fire up 
the browser (if necessary) and go to the site, thus:

http://www.bravodesign.com/newchat/
