Cleaned out the debris, freed up the needles and we're in business! Thanks for
the help!

Now-- where do I start with jet adjustment? Also noticed that the fuel pump
didn't seem to stop pumping-- time to rebuild the carbs anyway?

I pulled a line off higher up on the carb (part of the emission stuff? escess
fuel return line?) and fuel was pumping out of it. This doesn't seem quite
right.

Thanks for the assistance. This might work, after all!
