Help,
       Could someone who saved the post previous to this one please send it
to me.  I know it was long,but I was in the middle of reading it and
following the route on the map , when I got bumped off and when I came back
it was gone.

 ps  I plan to go for the run up the Peak, I'm only an hour away.
