That was not my finding.  When I went to the site you can chose either
trade-in (What's My Car Worth?) or retail value (Goin' Shopping).

I found this site recently, myself.  Unfortunately, it only gives you
"trade-in" value, which is what a car dealer would give you on the car if you
traded it for something else.  Trade-in value is usually considerably less
than you could get by selling the car yourself.  Another site that gives both
"wholesale" and "retail" values is Edmund's On-line at www.edmund.com

Edmund's will also give you dealer's invoice on new cars.

The title search info you are referring to actually comes from Carfax.  I
would be interested to know if anyone on the list has tried this service and
what the actual results looked like?
