Some machine shops can rebalance a shaft, or at least refer you to some 
one that can. 
Not LBC's but, my '66 Galaxie cost $55 for balance only, my '64 Galaxie
cost $110 for shortening, balance, and new UJ's. There's a shop here in
Melbourne that caters to the off road crowd, all they do is drive shafts.
