Hi all, I've been tearing apart the brakes on my 71 BGT and bought new pistons and seals for the front calipers. I've cleaned thoroughly inside and out around the cylinders but have a question: The cylinder walls have some solidified gunk (brownish black in color) and a few light scoring marks. Is it okay for them to be this way when I put the new pistons in or should I trash the calipers and buy new ones? thanks! stef |
