     I simply cannot agree with this statement: my '74 'B ran quite cool in 
     the hottest Dallas weather (except for the seats, passengers, etc -- 
     but the engine was fine). The car was stock, except for removal of 
     smog pump.
     
     I can believe that later cars, with less efficient engine may have 
     problems, but any non-cat car should run OK.
