Not currently an editor, although I was for a number of years. I am
an editor for a general motorsports club newsletter and I'm trying
(both by volunteering and by mandate) to be a semi-regular contibutor

I'm not a club news letter editor, nor member of any club. Why not is
just a little difficult to explain short terms. But I know some club
members [in Japan] and I think I can promote your articles to them,
gather information from them and so on as a volunteer.

At current state, where I can contact immediately/soon are,
1: Nifty-serve (biggest bbs in japan. japanese version of compuserve
but its service quality is 5 years later.)
     British cars forum.
2: BritsML. Japanese british cars mailing list.
Members are not so much now.
3: Club Italia Japan. (Oh, this is not british!)
4: French car connection. Bigest french on/off-line club(?). (Again!)
5: Some not organized caterham group.
