its been a while since i played the "pcs" game, but i do recall the 3
state rule was that you needed 2 out of 3 to be from 1 state..the most
reliable answer you'll get is at the judge advocates office! the o'club
rumors won't be any good when officer billy-bob nails you in east frog lip
(pick a state). the jag will have the straight info. trust me, i've been
there.
