Reminded me of the trip I took in '92. I drive my '70 B-GT to the
University Motors Summer Party in Grand Rapids MI. After the party I
headed north to the upper peninsula and the west along the lake, across
upper Wisconsin into Minnesota to the headwaters of the Mississippi
river. Had a wonderful time camping out (except for a night or two when
it rained) when a where I happened to end up for the night.
Actually the trip continued all the way to Portland, OR before I headed
the GT back south to Camarillo. I was gone a month and attended 4 MG/All
British meets in Michigan, Wyoming, Oregon and California.
