I found a bad race that had ruined the hub. Replaced the hub, race, bearings etc. then found a slightly warped disc. Machined that. Put it all back together and the clunk, thunk or ghost noise was gone. I autox and vintage my 64 and tear down the front end every winter. Hope this helps. George Curl 64 B 56 190 SL |
