| Bob, I think the story is crazy, as the cars are worth more as parts. In New Jersey cars can come back from the grave after a special state police inspection. However, the title remains stained. The title will be marked salvage, or flood, or police car etc. I imagine such a title can be laundered in other states that are not titled or are less stringent. Mike Leckstein |
